Thanksgiving 2009

We had a wonderful (and funny) Thanksgiving. Sam was washing the turkey and asked me to get the bag and hold it open so he could put the turkey in it. I held it open and he put the turkey in it. It split right through the bottom and hit the floor! He grabbed it up and washed it and we ate it anyway. The girls thought it was hilarious! Next year I think we are going to go with a turkey that is already cooked, or maybe even ham. We all had a great day though, watching the parade and spending time together as a family. No one was sick, which was nice considering every year it seems like someone is sick on Thanksgiving Day. Rosie had a rash from having a cold, but other than that everyone was well and we had a really nice Thanksgiving dinner.
